fund to improve our high streets
and a citywide High Streets team
to improve local high streets and
support local businesses to thrive,
standing up to blight and reducing
takeaways and vape shops
14. A new £30,000 Neighbourhood
fund for every area (£30k for every
Council ward) for local groups to
bene昀椀t
15. Deliver the largest urban
regeneration scheme in the country
at Victoria North and Collyhurst,
building council homes, a new tram
stop, a public park, GP surgery and
high school
16. Deliver our £500 million for
Wythenshawe Civic with new
Culture hub, revitalised Civic and
social homes on site this year

Turbo-charge our delivery on
Gorton Town Centre, Moston,
Newton Heath and Chorlton
18. The next wave of new plans
for Cheetham, Longsight,
Levenshulme and Harphurhey in
